We offer an Evening Menu

6.30 – 8pm

(All meals must be pre-ordered by no later than 10pm the evening before dining)

All meals served via Room Service

(all suites have dining tables)

Main Meals 

(All Main Meals & Pasta dishes  served with a dressed salad of mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, pickled vegetables and homemade slaw)

Beef Burger – made with local 100% Organic Dexter Beef from Cairn Hill Farm / Vegan Burger – a Beyond Burger with Truffle Chips served in a Seeded Bun with slices of Tomato, Gherkin & Lettuce (& a choice of Ketchup, Mayo,Korean Mayo or BBQ Sauce)  £20 or with Cheese £21                                 

Ribeye Steak – A 200g Organic Dexter Beef Ribeye Steak from Cairn Hill Farm served with Truffle Chips (with a choice of Mustard, Horseradish or Ketchup)   £30

West Coast Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet – (from the award winning Caithness Smokehouse) served with Rye & Sunflower Bread   £25

Local Smoked Trout  – (from Caithness Smokehouse – 3 Gold Star Taste Award) served Rye & Sunflower Bread     £25

Lentil & Walnut Bolognaise (Ve & GF+) spaghetti with a homemade bolognaise sauce made with walnuts & lentils  £19

Creamy Smoked Salmon & Lemon Pasta (GF+) Linguini & a homemade sauce with Caithness Smokehouse smoked salmon, creme fraiche & lemon  £21

Gochujang Tomato & Lentil Pasta (Ve & GF+) Rigatoni pasta with a homemade Korean inspired fiery & sweet tomato sauce  £19

Organic Soya Mince, Lentil & Bean Chilli (Ve & GF) homemade with organic soya mince, mixed Beans, lentils &  vegetables – hot & Smoky with either white or brown Rice £19

Our Buddha Bowls are served with a salad of Mixed Leaves, Tomato, Peppers, Pickled Vegetables, Root Vegetables, Red Cabbage & either Quinoa or Brown Rice…..

Salted Caramel Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Ve+) a warm homemade sticky upside down cake made with pineapple & salted caramel, served with vanilla ice-cream, cream or yoghurt  £10

Key Lime Pie (Ve & GF) a homemade super zingy version of a key lime pie made with silken tofu & coconut cream with a gluten free biscuit base £10

Chocolate & Banana Cake (Ve) a warm, moist & very rich homemade triple chocolate cake made with bananas served with a chocolate sauce, nuts & vanilla ice-cream, cream or yoghurt (dairy or dairy free) £10

Berry Chocolate Cheesecake (Ve) a homemade cheesecake made with cashew nuts, coconut cream, strawberry and/or blueberry with a rich oreo biscuit base. Served with a chocolate sauce and fresh berries £10
