(We are happy to offer take-away options from 6.30am & up to 9am but we ask that guests bring a flask for their hot drink/s)

Our Sausages & Bacon come direct from Old Hall Farm’s Outdoor Native Breed Pork (our GF Sausages are from Pipers Farm Award Winning Native Breed Pork). Our eggs are free range from a local Croft & our Haggis & Black Pudding are from Ritchie’s Aultbea – please note these contain gluten)

Burnside Breakfast – 2 rashers of Smoked Bacon, 1 Sausage, 1 slice Black Pudding or Haggis, 1 Egg (fried, poached or scrambled), 1 large flat Mushroom, half a Tomato, 1 Hash Brown & Beans
Burnside Vegan Breakfast – 2 rashers of ‘Bacon’, 2 ‘Sausage’, Scrambled Tofu, 1 large flat Mushroom, half a Tomato, 1 Hash Brown & Beans
Porridge – A large luxurious bowl of Porridge made with Milk & Cream (Ve+ & GF+)
with the following additions;
Sliced Banana & Maple Syrup / Blueberries & Maple Syrup / Selection of Dried Berries and Nuts /Berry Compote / Muscovado Sugar
Caithness Smokehouse Smoked Salmon & 3 Free Range Scrambled Eggs (GF)
Omelette (GF) 3 Free Range Egg Omelette with a choice of the following; Orkney Cheese, Tomato, Bacon, Sausage, Smoked Salmon, Mushroom and/or Herbs
Hummus Toasts (Ve & GF+) – Daily special Homemade Hummus (e.g. Beetroot, Spinach, Oven Roasted Tomato, Plain etc) generously spread on one or two slices of Rye & Sunflower or Farmhouse Toast with the following toppings;
- Sliced fresh Tomato drizzled with Balsamic glaze & sprinkled with Black Sesame Seeds
- Mushrooms, drizzled with Balsamic glaze & sprinkled with toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Two fried Eggs & a sprinkle of Chilli Flakes
Truffled Scrambled Eggs, or Scrambled Tofu &/or Mushrooms on Toast (Ve+ & GF+) Truffle seasoned scrambled egg, or tofu, and mushrooms on 1 or 2 slices of Rye & Sunflower or Farmhouse Toast
