We source higher welfare, organic, sustainable & locally where possible. Our Sausages & Bacon are from Pipers Farm Award Winning Native Breed Pork. Our eggs are free range from a local organic Croft “Midgey Bites” & our Haggis & Black Pudding are from Ritchie’s Aultbea – (please note these contain gluten)

Nut Butter Porridge – A large bowl of porridge made with organic oats,milk & a choice of peanut, almond or cashew butter (Ve+ & GF+) –

Hebridean Smoked Rainbow Trout & Scrambled Eggs on Toast (GF+)
Hummus Toasts (Ve & GF+) – Daily special homemade hummus (e.g. black olive, beetroot, Scottish miso, Oven Roasted Tomato, gochujang etc) generously spread on your choice of toast with the following toppings;
- sliced fresh tomato drizzled with balsamic glaze & sprinkled with black sesame seeds
- kimchi & slack Sesame seeds
- miso mushrooms, drizzled with balsamic glaze & sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds
- fried eggs & a sprinkle of chilli flakes
Truffled Scrambled Eggs or Tofu with Mushrooms on Toast (Ve+ & GF+)
Burnside Breakfast (GF+) – 2 rashers of smoked bacon, 1 large sausage, black pudding and/or haggis, 1 egg (fried, poached or scrambled), 1 large flat mushroom, half a tomato, hash brown & beans
Loaded Omelette (GF) – 2 0r 3 organic free range egg omelette with a choice of; Orkney cheese, tomato, bacon, sausage, smoked trout, mushroom, kimchi or fresh herbs
Pancakes – 4 American style Pancakes (Ve+ & GF+) with a choice of the following toppings; sliced banana / blueberries / strawberries / compote / choice of nuts & seeds / crispy smoked bacon / maple syrup / butter / nut butter / dark choc chips / homemade peanut butter granola – these can be served with either Greek or dairy free yoghurt
